I believe in the ancient traditional wisdoms of the world. The Sciences that existed long before western medicine. I believe in the power of Traditional Chinese Medicine, a science that is proven to be more than 5000 years old. I believe in Ayurveda Medicine another one of the world’s oldest medical systems from the ancient Vedic Indian culture, also more than 5000 years old. I believe in ancient Japanese energy practices that modern day Reiki evolved from. The roots of Reiki are also thousands of years old. I believe in Indigenous and Native Healing practices, and Shamanic practices from cultures around the world.
What all of these sciences have in common are the belief in the body’s wisdom, the belief in the body’s ability to heal itself, given the right conditions and with a focus on the whole and not just the physical symptoms.
These sciences from all over the world dating back more that 5000 years are on to something. This is where true wisdom is alive, where symptoms are seen as messages of imbalance not only in the physical body, but also in the mind, body and soul. Our thoughts, emotions and beliefs create our reality, not only our outward reality in connection to more well know theories of visualization and manifestation, but also the very physicality of our bodies on a cellular level.
Healing fully requires looking at all aspects of what is going on in the body, mind, heart and soul, mentally, emotionally, energetically and spiritually. We cannot fully heal one without addressing the others. Everything is connected.
I focus on mind, body, heart, womb and soul. They are of course inevitably all connected and layered. I think of it visually as multiple giant beautiful spider webs that are crossing over each and fully intertwined.
The mind gets constantly bombarded with impressions and conditioned with limiting beliefs from the world around us. We all need practices to help us still the monkey mind, to help us be able to guide our minds. If not, we get lost in the world of consumption, comparison, high expectations, fear and anxiety.
I believe that the body also holds memory. Everything we have experienced is also present in the body. The body needs help to release all that is stored, tension, supressed emotions and for the body “unresolved” trauma. I along with many others am convinced that most all physical illness can be traced back to the accumulation of supressed emotions and or unresolved trauma. We need to understand the language of our bodies, and what are our bodies trying to tell us.
The heart is not only an organ that pumps blood, the heart is a brain of its own and holds memory. Just as the body stores trauma, the heart may store many of our wounds from early childhood and these also need to be addressed, healed and released for deeper healing.
The womb is all powerful, she creates life. The womb I believe can often store generational and ancestral trauma.
The soul in the healing journey adds in a spiritual aspect, and with it concepts like, trust and faith. This is not about religion, I just want to make that very clear. I am talking about spirituality in the definition of believing in something larger than yourself, be it the power of nature, the stars and the galaxy, the Universe, your grandmothers and great-grandmothers gifts, you get to choose your form of spirituality. Believing in something beyond the material, allows for our intuition to develop and become stronger. Allowing our inner voice to be heard.
Releasing tension, stress, wounds, and trauma whether individual, generational or ancestral, is key to building self-compassion, self-understanding, self-awareness, self-worth and is essential to deeper healing. This healing piece by piece, practice by practice is what allows us to be able to reclaim our energy and bring back balance and strength to our body, mind and soul.
It might sound overwhelming with all that healing. And you are thinking when the f… am I going to have time to do all that, to focus on all of that. Healing is an ongoing journey, not a start and get to the finish line performance. We do not have to go looking for something to heal. I strongly believe that whatever is in most need of healing will show itself, the body and life at large will always tell us where we need to focus. We just need to know how to decipher the symptoms in the body and listen to life.
The aim for me is to create the best conditions possible for my body, mind, heart, womb and soul and this is healing in and of itself. This becomes my daily practice, my everyday living becomes healing in its own right.
I believe in love, kindness, tenderness, calm, safety, creativity, simplicity, effortlessness, authenticity, vulnerability and autonomy. These are my core values that I bring to my work with clients. When we grow and nurture kindness, tenderness and compassion towards ourselves and others, magic starts to happen, with-in us and all around us. It all sounds very fluffy, I promise it is anything but. I draw on my exceptional organizational skills, an innate strength and ability to focus on important details, simlutaniously keeping a birds-eye perspective, and my intellectual clarity to bypass any residual “fluffyness”.
I am in absolute awe of how amazing and resilient we all are, how we can all change our lives, with knowlegde, individually chosen practices, guidance and support, we CAN HEAL OURSELVES from most any dis - ease. Keeping it all simple makes for effortlessness and in turn charges the commitment and consistency in practices needed for deep healing.
“Lulù’s Healing Space”, is a mentoring and healing space tailored to individuals, young as well as old, that are looking for a clear, self-paced and practical approach to their healing. I use a blend of energy and body work, the knowledge of the mind-body connection, nervous system regulation practices, creative practices, meditation practices and so much more, to guide my clients with compassion.
I guide people on the healing journey from exhaustion and overwhelm to resilience and energy, from anxiety and paralysis to calm and safety, from despair to hope, from being exceptionally harsh and unkind towards themselves to becoming self-compassionate and tender, from pain and suffering to peace, from disempowerment and being scattered to embodying self-trust, being empowered and finding their essens, from living a complicated and dense life to creating a life of simplicity and effortlessness, from pessimisim and feelings of being lost to solution oriented thinking.
I guide people through mental, physical, emotional and spiritual shifts. Shifts that change the way they live, creating a new and deeper sense of ease and trust in how they meet life.
Here is a bit of fairy dust from a few clients. I call my testimonials fairy dust, because it does feel like these clients with their words are sprinkeling a bit of magic! (we all need just a little bit of fluffy in our lives :-))
Reiki Fairy Dust
When Lulù speaks, your heart listens.
I met Lulù in Abruzzo, Italy. Our Reiki days came later and at a distance. But from the beginning, I knew she was a person of depth. She exuded calm with just the right mix of personal interest and engagement and respectful distance.
When our daughter was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, I asked her for advice which I could pass on. She was a font of information, resources, suggestions. I was awed by her empathy, wisdom and generosity. Soon after, she offered me distance Reiki. I knew nothing about it, but took to its ability to channel energy and produce profound relaxation.
Lulù has just the right touch. She is inspiring in her personal insights and beautiful quotes which ALWAYS, in some mysterious way, resonnate.
You can put your heart in her hands. She will never judge but always gently lead you in your own journey of self-discovery.

T.R.E Fairy Dust
I completed a 3-session T.R.E. package with Lulù, and it was truly a transformative experience. I had tried this practice before, but perhaps my own resistance didn’t allow me to fully appreciate its value. With Lulù, everything felt completely different.
Lulù is precise, attentive, and deeply present. She guides you with a rare combination of gentleness and meticulous care: she observes, listens, reassures, and creates a space where you feel safe enough to let go.
T.R.E. is a practice that requires trust, as the benefits are not always immediate or obvious. This is where Lulù truly makes a difference. Her thoughtful questions, insights, and follow-up support in the days after the sessions helped me connect more deeply with my body and better understand what was unfolding.
I wholeheartedly recommend this experience, especially with a practitioner like her.
I will definitely continue working with Lulù through future T.R.E. cycles. In the meantime, she has given me both the tools and the confidence to continue the practice on my own.

Mentoring Fairy Dust
Lulù
I was in a difficult period of my life and a strong anxiety was paralyzing me, turning me off slowly. then I met you and thanks to your patience and your constant support I regained strength. You made me believe in myself again and you gave me your hand helping me to get back up. Thanks to you I learned to breathe and to understand that if we believe in ourselves, we can change our lives. I started driving again with you at my side and now I have my life back in my hands: I bought a car of my own and after a year I made choices and made important decisions that I couldn’t manage before. You led me to love myself again and I will be forever grateful to you... a wonderful person capable of transmitting calm, patience, trust but above all love for life. You supported me in the dark moments. Throughout the journey we made together you were able to understand what I needed, and you managed to make me understand too. My anxiety day after day decreased leaving room for self-love. I cannot thank you enough for the help you gave me. You are my angel. My salvation.
